西葫芦烩番茄:1.准备食材:西葫芦、番茄、蒜、水、盐、油、白糖2.将西葫芦去瓤切片,蒜切末,番茄切块备用3.锅中加点水,水开倒入西葫芦加盐焯下水,然后装盘备用4.锅中倒入油,加入蒜末煸炒爆香味5.然后加入番茄翻炒一会6.最后倒入西葫芦,加点盐、白糖翻炒几下即可出锅。
