As showing below, it might makes already mouth watering, but for me it is still considered unauthentic. Although it tastes quite similar and pretty same texture, it still too thick than it is supposed to. But I was still satisfied, cuz it is rare and hard to find Xinjiang cuisine in America. That’s the reason I m still impressed by the how similar taste and texture is.
生在异乡为异客,能在美国的大西部找到家乡饭,虽然样子上已经走样了。但是还是很开心,味道和口感已经很接近了。还是能在美国的大漠,吃到中国大漠深处的饭,感到兴奋!离家远的人,一碟接近于家乡的味道,就能高潮了 哈哈哈.
