糖醋五花肉

 糖醋菜：酸甜可口、开胃下饭、色香味俱全，提起糖醋菜，首先想的肯定是：糖醋排骨、糖醋里脊、糖醋鱼等这些耳熟能详、响当当的经典菜肴；可今天我想与大家分享却不是上面的大菜，而是糖醋五花肉。
将带皮五花肉：双面煎至焦黄，再烹入糖醋汁；带着焦香和嚼劲；肉质鲜美、美味香嫩，不经想起了儿时的猪肉香~~~
