Puré de espinacas! Buenísimo para la salud

Buenos días amigos de steemit!!

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este rico puré que le prepare a mi esposo para cenar

Ingredientes:

400g de Espinacas
2 Zanahoria
1 mitad de Cebolla
4 Quesitos
200g Crema de leche
1 vaso de leche
Sal al gusto

Cortar la zanahoria en trozos pequeños

Y ponerla a hervir...

Picar la mitad de la cebolla y ponerla a sofreír junto con la zanahoria

Luego que este sofrito la cebolla con la zanahoria poner las espinacas

Ya cuando esté sofrito la cebolla la zanahoria y las espinacas agregar la crema de leche con el queso y el vaso de leche dejar hervir 5 minutos y apagar

Dejar enfriar 20 minutos y licuar hasta que se haga el puré..

Y después servir al gusto
