banana pudding
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 parboiled banana
- 1 cup of milk or juice of your choice
Essence of vanilla and sugar to taste
*Preparation
Prepare the sugar caramel in a cheese mold, then mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour into the caramel mold, cook in a bain marie for approximately 45 minutes, cool and unmold. Enjoy the cold dessert
