Every multiplayer game like PUBG and Fortnite have strict rules against cheating because its highly unethical to violate when playing against other human players.
COD Warzone took a next step and if someone is being reported of doing malpractice in game then next time he/she will be matched against other players who have marked for same thing.
I personally think it would be fun to watch them play because all of them will have different trick to play with and most of them will get frustrated with no rules at all.
