Indonesia is one of the countries producing coffee.In fact, every year Indonesia's coffee production is always exported to several countries. Some countries even call Indonesian coffee has a good quality and much preferred.
If we talk about productivity, this industrial plant begins to bear fruit at 2.5-3 years old for robusta and 3-4 years for arabica.Namun, the first coffee fruit is usually only a few. Productivity began to rise maximal after the age of 5 years and over.

The coffee harvesting season in Indonesia usually begins in May-June and ends around August-September. The harvest period lasts 4-5 months with the frequency of coffee fruit picking can be every 10-14 days.
The characteristics of the coffee fruit that has been cooked can be seen from the color of the skin. The best coffee for harvesting is a fully ripe, red color. However, for various reasons. Farmers often harvest fruit that are still yellow and even green.
