First off... Let me start by showing all of you the diagram for this "Burlesque Coffee Bar Business" and the revenue stream that it produces...
IF Yakima REALLY wanted to put a stop to this business of prostitution all that needs to occur is a simple revocation of business license. Unless I really missed something, these are supposed to be COFFEE BARS, not STRIP CLUBS. So... as the definition of ANY and ALL businesses that are established through the city/county offices, the FULL disclosure of business activities that produce ANY income for the business or it's employees MUST be on the application. If a business that has been given a license to operate violates the terms of its business services as they are ON-FILE, then they face the rejection of a license to operate. HOWEVER... due to the amount of revenue that is developed through the Citations Issued and the legal process that will eventually fall, YAKIMA CITY OFFICIALS WILL NOT REVOKE ANY LICENSES... Giving these businesses a verbal scolding for lack of morality, yet giving them an "off the record thumbs-up" due to MONEY! You are talking about a method for the city to develop more income through the law system instead of DIRECTLY ADDRESSING AND CORRECTING THE PROBLEM!!!
IF I REALLY DID MISS SOMETHING... then that something is that the City of Yakima HAS INDEED issued licenses to each of these establishments to operate as an income producing business by selling the visual objectification of the female ass and vagina primarily under the misnomer of "Coffe Bar" because... Oh yeah you can also get a coffee while you pay for the ass. In other words, the city has given license to "STRIP CLUBS" that serve coffee without concern for the city zon ing laws and without charging the appropriate taxes that accompany such an establishment. What a great city to live in?!?!?! HA, no wonder 1 in 4 people that live in Yakima is on Welfare or receives Food Stamps and the rate of TEEN PREGNANCY continues to rise. Are you all really that BLIND???
Furthermore, ANY person that defends an establishment such as these and requests the "$5 Dolla Holla" or "Trick of the Day" or whatever else these girls are willing to do for money??? Might wanna start asking if the girls whose vagina you are looking at is even 18... It is a fact that the female employees of these establishments are supposed to be 18 in order to work there or perform the "services" that are offered, yet a person or child OF ANY AGE can walk up and watch??? You are ALL SUPPORTING AND DEFENDING PROSTITUTION by frequenting these establishments. If that is something that the "Unfiltered Trash" of Yakima really wants to condone, then why not cut to the chase and just start opening actuall "Strip Clubs"??? At least there would be some visual controls and AGE RESTRICTION! Then all your daughters can actually explain the semen stains on their clothes instead of pretending that it's steamed milk.
It is the people on this "Rant and Rave" list voicing their uneducated opinions advocating these establishments that also don't give a crap about family values.... Maybe if you spent a little more time at home with your wives, sons, and daughters and a little less time paying $11 for a coffee and some 18 year old with a g-string on, then morality would be at an all time high and the Yakima Police Department would actually be able to handle the crap in Yakima that REQUIRES THEIR ATTENTION..jpg)
