"Boil you swine!" is no more.

It is with deep regret that I announce the death of the Office Filter Coffee maker better known as "Boil you swine!" never has a company experienced such a loyal and dedicated member of the team, faithfully executing its duties every morning and bringing not only a smile but also that boost we all need.

To the very last, as was the way, black, strong coffee was initially being produced. Trickles of Hot Lava Java cascaded down the sides of the glass jug while hints of roasted beans had just started to waft through the building bringing it to life after a night of resting anticipation for the next day.

I went into the kitchen to make the first cup of the day and noticed that there was only a thin level of liquid relief sitting mournfully in the bottom of the jug. I checked the power supply and water levels taking note of the amber glow from the on-switch and after a few minutes of shaking and prodding I realised that "The lights were on, but nobody was home." staggering backwards I had to accept that my friend and saviour was no more and that it was preparing for the journey that so many had made before.
