I try not to drink coffee after noon because I am very sensitive to caffeine. If I drank a cup of strong coffee at 11pm, I'd bet I'd be wide awake past noon.

I used to be able to drink coffee late at night (as late as 7 or 8pm) and still sleep but now I try to avoid it after around 3pm.
