Local Style Coffee C - A Story Of Coffee Love

in coffee •  6 years ago

No doubt that I’m a coffeeholic and my family and friends know that well. I’m a mix fan of both local roasted beans as well as mixed roasted arabica and robusta beans. In my usual breakfast, I usually will order a local coffee, with milk and without sugar. This is one big challenge as it really depends on how well the beans are roasted. Some tasted disastrous and some are good. From time to time, I do get the local iced coffee with lesser sugar as well which in this case the only exception for me to drink coffee with sugar. Having this iced coffee is a childhood memory of mine where I enjoyed the moments with my grandma. That’s some coffee story of mine which I embrace since small (like kindergarten time!) pretty impressive when I look back at it.

So how do you start to love coffee? Share me your story.

I started to drink coffee when I was in secondary school because I wanted to stay up late. Then I fell in love with coffee and started to buy books to study them, buy magazines to read, I even owned an encyclopedia of coffee. Those were the days when I was addicted, now I just enjoy it...

Wow, that’s what I call indulgence! I’m the same as you where I buy books and read about different beans around the world. Have a small coffee machine, grinder and milk frother at home which I enjoyed the process of making one cup of cappuccino :)
