Coffee with vanilla essence and cinnamon

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of coffee

2 cups of water

Vanilla

Cinnamon powder

Sugar to taste

What you should not miss:

1 aluminum pot

strainer for coffee

Preparation

1. In the aluminum pot place the water and heat.

2. Once the water is hot, place a few drops of vanilla essence.

3. Then add a small portion of cinnamon and let it boil.

4. Once the water is boiling with the vanilla and cinnamon, the coffee is incorporated, and it is left to boil for one more minute so that all the flavors combine and leave that aromatic smell of coffee, vanilla and cinnamon.

5. Then this mixture is poured into a colander to avoid serving with the coffee already used.

6. Serve in the cup of your choice and sweeten to your liking.
