Same volume - one in the morning, one after lunch. Cafetiere at home, latte if I'm out. No sugar though. Gave it up a while back. Never looked back!

    Oh yes occasionally I go without sugar. You know you are a true coffee enthusiast when coffee with no sugar still tastes amazing! :)
