Coffee, good or bad ?

Coffee. Caffeine the most consumed psychoactive substance in the world.
Is it really bad for you?

Disadvantages

The benefits and disadvantages of coffee are pretty well researched. The common disadvantages are:
-insomina and restlessness
-negative effects for fetii while pregnant
-cholesteral rising

Lets see when these disatvantages occur.
Insomnia and restlessness occurs mostly when drinking a large amount of coffee in a relatively short amount of time. F.Ex the recomended maximum amount of caffeine for a normal adult is 400 milligrams. About 4 cups of black coffee. Caffeine sensitive people may expreience the effects sooner. Or unsensetive people when drinking a larger amount of coffee.
The effects can last roughly upto four hours. After that you will be perfectly fine.
To conclude that:
Your morning coffee is perfectly fine and if you experience these effects, just drink less.

Rising cholesteral:
"Coffee beans contain cafestol and kahweol, two ingredients that appear to raise LDL cholesterol levels. Filtering the coffee traps most of the LDL , but cafestol and kahweol are found in espresso, turkish coffee, french press and scandinavian style “cooked coffee” "
To conclude that:
If you have a high cholesteral you should switch to espresso. The cholresterol rising is insegnificant in it because of the low concentration of cholresterol rising ingredients.

Negative effects on fetii
When the mother consumes coffee, the caffeine is absorbed by the fetus. Which is extremely sensetive to it.
The general guideline is to not drink more than one cup of coffee. Or two espressos a day or the entire pregnancy.

So, if you follow these steps. Coffee is pretty harmless. And even good for you, in moderation.

Advantages
