Today i want to feature 'Kick Ass Dark' from a company called Kicking Horse Coffee of Canada.
First and most importantly, Kicking Horse is USDA Organic, Canada Organic and features Fairtrade certified sourced beans.

This is a Dark coffee which features a deep smoky rich flavor.
Made with Arabica beans that are actually roasted in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

I have to say, i really enjoyed the flavor profile that i experienced while testing this product.
It maintained its flavor profile during multiple flavored creamer testing.
If you have an opportunity to try a cup of this blend in the future, i strongly suggest you give it a try.

Thanks for reading and if you have any under the radar coffee i should try, please let me know.coffeelids.jpg

Here's the problem with DARK roasted beans. Its burnt. Anything burnt is carcinogenic. Food, vegetables, coffee. ALWAYS insist on a light roasted coffee bean!

In respect to this, I always thought carcinogenic implied to unhealthy gases released into food from the heating of food containers IE styrofoam.
I never considered the process in regards to the heating of the actual food. Is well done/cooked beef carcinogenic?
Now you have me thinking.....

Yes HIGH heat, burned or charred is carcinogenic. Vegetables, meat, anything burned..it changes the molecules and structure of the food and you eat it. Your immune system tries to fight it off. Cells change. CANCER.

My homie drinks this stuff it is soooo strong! I really like it. What'd you think?

This is currently in my Top 10 coffee's ive had the pleasure of trying. I often drink Espresso, so i prefer a darker roast flavor profile. Thanks for dropping by with a comment @inhale
