Make Latte Without Espresso Machine

.In addition to an espresso machine there is also an Aeropress tool. This tool is a kind of funnel and filter / filter to make a strong coffee blend.Heat water (mineral water or ready to drink). You need approximately 1-2 cups of water. Let it cool slightly for a minute. Good water is about 80-90ºC, not in boiling temperatures (then it needs water that is ripe) .Top coffee with a spoon Aeropress (usually packed one set with the tool), 2 spoons enough. Coffee grinder with electric grinder. For espressos-based drinks such as lattes, the grinding powder should be very smooth (as smooth as table salt). The grain powder is a bit sticky and clumps when the smoothness is precise. Mop up to get this kind of texture. Install the filter on the bottom of the Aeropress funnel (the mouthpiece is like a glass shape, but essentially a filter). Dampen the filter to make the coffee will not taste paper. Place the cup on the bottom shelf Aeropress, while the funnel was on the top rack (fit above the cup). Make coffee blend. Add the hot water to the marker boundary on the Aeropress funnel. Use the stirring stick or spoon to stir the coffee and hot water (coffee blend still stuck in the funnel). Put the plunger (pressing device) from Aeropress then press down until you hear a long hissing sound. Coffee blend will be pushed down through the filter and drip into the cup. Feel your blended coffee. When too strong, add hot water.

.How to make strong coffee with a regular coffee maker. If you do not have an Aeropress tool then a regular coffee maker can also. Use 1-2 teaspoons for each cup. If for latte then the coffee must be very strong. We recommend you grind your own coffee beans so that the powder of the mill is smooth (so the coffee taste is also strong ). Prepare about 1-2 cups of coffee to mix latte.

.Remove milk. This can be done by using a microwave oven.To make foam on milk do not always have to use steamer tool.Use low fat 2% milk for best results. Pour cold milk into a jar with lid. Do not fill more than half a jar. Close the jar tightly. Shake the milk in a jar tightly for 30-60 seconds, so the volume is doubled. Open the jar cover. Heat the milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. The buck will rise up.

.Pour 30-60 ml of this powerful coffee blend into a cup. Add the milk that is foaming.Use a spoon to hold the first foam so that not directly poured with milk.if milk is almost all poured then add a spoonful of foam on it.Welcome to enjoy the homemade latte!
