As an early Christmas present, I'm sharing with you some interesting developments from the deep dark vaults of Coinbase. I have been pondering for some time why they only have 3 coins to choose from Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. I guess it just keeps things clean and simple for them.
For some perspective, at the time of writing this a few days ago, Coinbase had just announced rhey are going to begin trading Bitcoin Cash. The price of Bitcoin Cash after this announcement therefore exploded in price! I did the attached video for this blog a few weeks ago, before the Bitcoin Cash viral news.
But now, so that you are the first to hear the most exciting news of all. I invite you to wander on through to their support page and casually type in Ripple and Monero or you're welcome to watch the 5 second video of me doing it myself. You will see that the fact they have a drop down box associated with their search term which is indication enough that Coinbase is implementing the systems to include them already. If you watch carefully you will see the Bitcoin Cash was not yet supported when I did the video... now it is.
Why is this news? Coinbase is the number one service for buying Bitcoin in the world. Any coin that is lucky enough to get on their site is going to see some pretty impressive price fluctuations. When are they coming you ask? your guess is as good as mine, but now that you know you can get your investment pants on. ;)
With thanks,
Amy-Rose
