      All they are doing is allowing bitcoin sells to deposit into your paypal account. (where paypal can now take a fee if you withdraw). The visa debit card coinbase just added seems like a smarter option. Link that card to your paypal and you have a layer of protection from them. Paypal cannot freeze and keep that account randomly, and you can spend money from it to paypal without fees.
