I just found this story--horrible. Imagine seeing $8,000 in Bitcoin vanish in real-time via a few text messages and emails from Coinbase--all of which this poor person had no control over and basically lost it all. His account was hacked on Coinbase due to some lax security on his part (and Verizon, for that matter).
Moral of the story--SECURE YOUR COINBASE ACCOUNT WITH GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR OR AUTHY!
