CoinGecko's Photo Contest | Stratford Thai

Here is my entry into CoinGecko’s cuisine photo contest! In this contest, anyone can join and win the 500sp delegation simply by showing a photo of local cuisine, and using the appropriate tags.

The best thing about Canada, is that besides the indigenous people, the rest of us are from somewhere else and we celebrate that. We welcome hard working folks from all corners of the planet and our local cuisine really benefits from that. There are examples of Canadian food that are unique but it really is influenced globally. Though Thai cuisine originated from far away, we are lucky enough to call it our own because of families like the one that operates Stratford Thai Cuisine.

In this photo, we celebrate vegetarianism without sacrificing taste with this zesty Pad Thai dish. There are 3 Thai restaurants in even our small town and I sure am glad that is the case.
