Termin 'caprese' odnosi se na italijansku salatu koja nosi paradajz, mocarelu i bosiljak. Ovom prilikom poslužit ćemo ga u malim pečenim pecivima. Izvrsna opcija za aperitiv i posluživanje kao kanapei u koktelima ili u dječjim zalogajima, zadovoljit će svakoga tko ga isproba!

SASTOJCI
4 ud kruha ciabatta (mini)
1 paradajz
1 ud mocarela sir
30 g rakete
12 listova bosiljka (veliki)
3 cs ekstra djevičansko maslinovo ulje
Salt
Beli biber
PRIPREMA
Operite rukolu i lišće bosiljka, osušite i isecite nožem.
Stavimo u zdjelu za salatu, začinimo, dodamo maslinovo ulje i pomiješamo.
Operite paradajz i isecite na kriške.
Mozzarelu izrežite na 4 kriške.
Stavite 1 komad mocarele na dvije kriške paradajza, posolite i stavite na rešetku preko vatre.
PREZENTACIJA
Otvaramo hlebove - prethodno prolazili kroz toplotu - i raspodeljujemo iseckano bilje sa uljem u donjim polovicama.
Na vrh stavite paradajz sa malo rastopljenom mocarelom.
Pokrijte gornje polovice valjaka i poslužite.
