Not all know Kazakhstan. But when winter arrives Mediterranean countries and all complain about temperatures that can descend slightly below zero, would have thought that in the world there are countries where these temperatures can be considered, even tropical. An example of this is the capital of Kazakhstan who holds the scepter of the coldest city in the world.
Here, temperatures reach -52 degrees Celsius. Although not particularly Arctic, Astana found actually within range of currents Siberian winter who dominate Central Asia regions. And so the city is an absolute record of minimum temperature between the capitals, although the overall average pass from Ulan Bator in Mongolia.
