Water is a source of life that plays a big role in our body both internally and externally.

Showering is a habit of hygiene and health all perform daily, usually prefer to shower with warm or hot water , it is more relaxing , however , is not recommended, since it was proven that the cold water is more beneficial for our skin and some functions of our body. Bathing with cold water can help reduce stress and anxiety , however , be careful , as it can cause the opposite effect .

Cold water stimulates our body activates the system and puts your body on alert. It is recommended to take a cold shower to start the day and release that feeling of tiredness, it is also recommended for after exercise.
Maintains healthy hair
Cold water is very beneficial for the hair , as it avoids drought , high temperatures remove hair hydration making it unsightly and unhealthy . Cold water is ideal for preventing dandruff and hair loss .
Here in the south our 'cold' handle in the shower still comes out hot! Good article and will keep this in mind. I tend to take hot showers for muscle relaxation but maybe I need to re-think this method..
