Cold Weather

Syracuse winter
Never have I ever.
Never have I ever stayed at such a freezing place. I have visited cold places multiple times in India, but nothing can be compared to the snowy Syracuse. The temperature goes nearly to zero Degree Celsius every afternoon and keeps dropping until it hits two digits in negative. It’s been a year I have been attending school at Syracuse and I have never experienced such weather before. At least not for a long time. Here in New York its cold almost throughout the year except for the summers which aren’t that long. Being a Mumbaikar (People from Mumbai call themselves Mumbaikar) summer at Syracuse was not that horrible for me as I am used to the Hot weather of Mumbai.
I remember my family trips to the northern states of India. All of them were in the winter season and I used to count the days until I get back home. Back then I never imagined staying at such cold place. It was so uncomfortable for me. But the best way to overcome a fear is to face it. So here I am, thousands of miles away from home. Hoping to learn new things and yes counting the days to go back home.
