Collectivism does collective punishment MUCH better than it does collective rewards.

Racism is collectivism. It holds an entire group responsible for things that individuals choose to do. It addresses punishment by group. It struggles to promote equality BY GROUP.

Most people aren't racists, just as most aren't criminals, abusers or otherwise morally depraved. Most people are good, and love others.

It seems to me an obvious lesson; any time we address people by GROUPS, we introduce intrinsic UNFAIRNESS. Superficial similarities are NOT indicators of DESTINY.

The rise of collectivist thinking has been an even greater loss to us than we realize. It solves NOTHING, and it ADDS to the problems it addresses.

I AM NOT A GROUP. My considered view of the world and humanity is NOT based on superficial similarities or differences, but on FOUNDATIONAL truths about people.

ALL people.
