Are the establishment media finally recognizing alternative medicines like colloidal silver?

I was very surprised to receive a call from a close friend who had read an article in The Sun newspaper stating that silver was a viable alternative treatment for cancer. It gave me the title "Silver safer than chemotherapy and just as effective?" However, when I wrote it on The Sun's website, there was nothing that didn't surprise me as their internal search engine is enough useless. But when I typed the title into Google, I got a link to the same article in The Mirror.

He goes on to say:

"Silver can be as good as the best chemotherapy drugs for cancer zapping, laboratory tests have shown. Silver compounds are toxic to cancer cells such as the platinum-based drug Cisplatin, and this is widely used to reduce a variety of cancers. But silver is assumed to be much less toxic to healthy human cells, and in some cases, it can be helpful."

Silver is currently used as a possible antiseptic and antibiotic in wound bandages and filters for water purification.

Cisplatin often causes vomiting and nausia, kidney damage and increased exposure to infections. Clonazepam is applied to treat lung, breast, bladder, testicle, head and neck cancer, ovaries and lymph nodes. Dr Charlotte Willams of the University of Leeds who will lead the analysis said:

"As some are sadly aware, chemotherapy can be a very gruelling experience for the patient. "Finding effective but non-toxic drugs is an ongoing problem, but these preliminary results are a key step in solving it.

"The research, published in Dalton Transactions, would be the first phase of drug development. It involved exposing breast and colon cancer and other more serious colon cell conditions with several silver-based chemicals for periods of six days."

A great barrier is usually meaningless as to how silver compounds work. But scientists aspire to find some of your answers for the coming year.

London Colloidal Silver is very happy with this news as there seems to be a change in attitudes towards alternative and natural remedies. They haven't praised the healing properties of silver as they could have, but this seems to be the best article in a major newspaper I've seen so far on the matter.
