Just think. If we weren't obsessed with #RussiansAreComing, we might actually fix our broken election system. Maybe some day we could have an election system that measures up to international standards for a free, fair and accurate election.
Now...that would cost a lot more than $17 million...so think of this as a cost savings approach to politics...(sarcasm intended)
