Boarding Place

I shared that Harith's brother joined a new course recently. Last sunday we went to drop him to his new boarding place.

We packed everything and left home around 9.30 am. We had to stop by to buy a mettras for him as there were no beds at his boading house. The boading house was suggested by another parent of a student and actually the place was really good.

First we missed the road, but finally we realized it is extremely close to pettah market.

The room is an anex of an old police quarters. Eventhough the flat look very old from outside, the inside anex was renovated in a way suitable to modern living.

It had three bed rooms, three washrooms and also a dining area. It had maintained very well also.

There are four other boys of same course as our brother.

Once we placed his baggages in the room and took him a walk around pettah to show him how to find buses and all. Actually the boading is at walking distance to pettah. I think he can easily travel both ways.

This is his first time spending outside for a long time. Hope it'll be a great experience to him.
