I think we're trained to hate, but primed by nature to love. Babies don't hate. They learn that. We can unlearn it.

    Unfortunately it's right, that we are trained to hate and i think it's in some ways also because of manipulation through the media.
    But i also think we can reflect on being much more loving to someone.
