Step
Fried Ati Ampela half cooked.
Roughly chopped garlic & ginger, sauteed with 2 tablespoons oil until fragrant (small flame)
Enter soy sauce, sauces, ati ampela, mix well
Enter salt, seasoning flavor, pepper powder, sugar.
