Pittsburgh neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia
The neighborhood is far from new - but it is being rebuilt throughout. It really went downhill in the 1970's, with lots of houses standing abandoned - but now it looks like it is finally on the mend. Hopefully that trend would persist and it would really turn around as it is really not the nicest, or safest, neighborhood in the world at this point.

It's true, the main thing is that the movement started. There are a lot of bright colors on the picture and I am sure that soon this area will become one of the most beautiful and prestigious!
