Sushi Day!

This is my own version of Cucumber Sushi!

When im bored i use to experiment different sort of dishes.And this one is one of my creation that i am happy to share with you steemians.Hope you'll like it !

Ingidients:

• Cucumber
• Nori
• egg
• (dice /thin slice) smoke salmon
• mayonnaise

Instruction:
▪prepare egg on a pan make a japanese omelet and then set aside after frying.
▪get the cucumber and make thin slices of cucumber.
▪place a plastic wrap on the wooden bamboo roller and place the cucumber arrange it a little bit in top of each other
▪take the nori and put a little bit of mayonnaise so it'll stick into the cucumbers
▪ on top of the nori put a thin layer of mayonnaise
▪ cut the japanese omellete into julien slices and place it on the most right side
▪ place some smoke salmon on the side of the omellet
▪with your two hands slowly tuck it in with the bamboo roller and make sure that you dont include the plastic wrap on it 😉,
▪then wrap it with the same plastic and put it to chill,
▪cut it while it is on the plastic

wait for few mins and serve!
