In Russian city Samara you can find the bunker of Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin - Premier of the Soviet Union.
It was built secretly in 1942 at depth of 37 meters under the normal dwelling house, and even the dwellers didn't know about it till the 1990 - good work of State Security Committee.
It has 3 meters thick monolithic concrete, sand interlayer and one more meter concrete hood. The autonomous air regeneration system and its own power station are still located in the bunker too. It should withstand the direct hit of any aerial bomb of that time. And was designed for complete autonomy for five days.
There is an exact copy of Stalin's Kremlin office even with the artificial windows.
Nowdays it is just the museum. But it is still completely working and keeps it's airtightness.
And when you go down the well at the entrance you can see this stained glass window of Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin.
