Pocketbook Plant: Calceolaria (Herbeohybrida Group)

Native to Central and South America, the pocketbook plant is sold as a flowering seasonal houseplant in areas where it will not thrive in the garden. It's fascinating slipper-shaped flowers come in a variety of reds, yellows, and oranges, and combinations of those colors.
