Bahan-bahan cara pembuatannya yaitu :
Daun pisang muda
1 kg tepung ketan rose brand
700 ml Santan
1 buah labu tanah
1 butir telur
Garam vanilli dan minyak makan utk olesan daun
Langkah -langkah membuatnya yaitu :
Masak labu yg sudah dipotong2 dengan santan garam dan vanili masak hingga mengental.
Kemudian campur pure labu dengan tepung ketan, dan telur. Adon hingga kalis dan tidak menempel lagi
Bulatkan adonan pipihkan diatas daun yg sudah dioles minyak kemudian isi dengan selai srikaya bungkus daan kukus kurang lebih selama 40menit.
