I am always looking for indigo color now and I was so excited to notice this down below. And then I see that our motorcycle taxi driver for the soi has had an indigo taxi all along, and we even have a sign in the same color! Apparently I am not observant.
I'm so grateful I lost "Half My Size" and dedicate my life to helping other people get healthy too. I can help you if you ask me.

Thank you very much! I love to swim and have done it all throughout my life - even when obese. When I lost weight, I was swimming a lot and for the next several years. But lately I have not been swimming much and I really miss it. Running is out of the question since I do not even walk too well now. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my hips, knees and feet are messed up. But I was never a runner anyway.
I do a lot of stretching for my main exercise now. And I dance around to videos when I need to shake things up. Since I eat well and lightly, this is enough.
