This is the Mingalarbar Balloon rising on its tether line as seen from below. It soars above Kandawgyi Park in Yangon, Myanmar.
Tourists are standing in the red circle which is much bigger than it looks here. For only $22 usd, you can see the entire city from above. I assure you that I do not have photos of the view from that angle. I like to keep my feet on solid ground.
