Color Challenge Sunday: purple....A Night Sculpture.

I took this picture of my husband's @barthabermiller sculpture called Tornado. It was part of an event called Diner En Blanc. where 1000's of people dresses in white, from head to toe, and then joins in for a flash mob picnic. For the last five years, we have built a giant sculpture made out of white sticks that we paint white and then coat in a powdered glass finish that reflects light when illuminated.

The effect is always quite gorgeous, especially after the sun sets.
