In Philippines we call this malunggay, and if im not mistaken this is horseradish in english.
This kind of leaves found at our backyard. Planted by my beloved father.
This is kabute in filipino, mushroom in english.
The moment that rainy season started we can see this.
Malunggay and mushroom when combined seasoned with salt and other seasoning we have now a simple and free viand only from background. It is delicious yet nutritious too. That is a simple life, and Im proud I was raised that way.
