Colorchallenge, Monday Red- "Family by the fire"

I come from a large family.
Very large.
I am number 10, of ten children.
That's right, ten. It's really not that bad, my family is a 'his, hers and ours' blended family.
I have 4 half siblings whose last name was Tippins, by my mothers first marriage, and 4 half siblings by daddy's first marriage.
Her husband died, his wife died (a month after giving birth to their fourth child, so daddy had a baby who needed a mama)
That baby, my brother Joe later died of injuries sustained while serving in Vietnam.
So, Daddy had 2 boys and 2 girls, and Mama had 2 boys and 2 girls.
They married each other, and just about a year later, my sister Linda was born.
Shortly after that (She was my mama's 5th child, living in rural, agrarian S Ga) the Dr told mama that she no longer need be concerned about getting pregnant; her uterus had folded over so that no more eggs could get inside to be fertilized.
8 yrs later, she became pregnant with me.
Go figure. ☺

This photo was taken at the next to last family reunion, the one on the left with her hands apart is my sister, the eldest of daddy's kids, the second eldest of the 10. She was born in 1934.
We didn't have a reunion last year because of Hairycaine Matthew.
