I have here some striped eggplants! Hmmmm what recipe could I make out of it? Well our famous adobo or sauteed food, or I'll just simply slice them then fry. It's best dip in soy sauce and lemon. Anyways thanks to my mother who brought me this!!

Unbelivale I know, but I've never seen an egg plant stripped down to it's bare bones like that before. I had no idea it was so... purple inside! Lol, just looking at your photo is making me hungry now!
