My gardener is so proud of these papayas at the end of the garden. Each one is heavier than two kilos! We can have it raw as in papaya salad or Som Tum. These papayas taste very sweet when eaten ripe. The fact that the back of the garden is close to the cow shed really helps with natural fertiliser! When the rain pours down, the manure gets diluted and runs down the slope! Lovely free organic fertiliser!
I have to collect the seeds and dry them for the following years and to distribute to some villagers.

A bit late! They had already been eaten! Papayas don't sit still very long. Someone will want to take them home and eat them.

Beautiful! And delicious. I love papayas, but unfortunately I can't peel or cut them as the juice gives my skin a bad reaction. I can eat them though, just not touch them!
