NO you can resteem as much as you want, I limit resteems so that if people are looking on my page for my photos they can find them easier

Upvotes as I understand it you can do 10 a day at full power any more than that and your upvote power starts dropping I try to keep my upvote power over 80% not sure why its just what works for me
