  • Drink green tea

Green tea helps to hold aid digestion, fight free radicals and get rid of hunger. It could help with heart disease and cancer.

Brown rice in bodies use up energy breaking them down.

Instead dairy for calcium green leafy vegetables, sesame seeds, and fermented soy are full of calcium.

Chinese medicine states that it is mistake to have too much red meat, but once in awhile won’t hurt

  • Eat slowly, and stop when you feel full
