Blue Nachos

Friday, finally the weekend has arrived, not that this week was all too busy. We decided to have something comforting and not all too good for you. Oh yeah, nachos baby, but Mork Rock nachos, much like regular nachos only these don't make you fat.

What happens when take something blue and then add red and green to it? No, not Rastafarians, wrong colors you got there, think with you stomach...

You guessed it, the beginning of a beautiful marriage between yummy and delicious, or in layman's terms dinner ingredients. Here how to do it, pretty simple, take 2 shallow bowls, empty the canned diced tomatoes into it, make sure to season very generously, add a pinch or two of chili flakes. Aww man, you forgot to turn of the oven, well while that's heating up, add your nacho chips all around the outside of you bowl working your way to the middle. Make sure they nacho chips are not tightly packed on top of each other, they need some space for your mozzarella to melt in between. Cover it with cheese grill until nice and brown, serve with avo. Easier it couldn't be.
