It is Sunday, and arguably the most important thing about Sunday is that it is also Violet Sunday. Not violent. Please be nice to each other. No violence, please.
Sometimes I take pictures of flowers. Sometimes I buy flowers and put them in the ground, and I plant the little plastic tombstone somewhere near the stalk to remind me later what it is (which is especially useful when the plant dies and I can remind myself of what I just killed, and can enjoy the promise of what might have been by staring at the tiny plastic picture.) Once in a great while, I actually know what it is I took a photo of. Most times...it's a mystery. Such as today. I have this nice violet (not violent, as my mind wants to read it) flower that I have no name for. Help?
