That is most definitely a bug, could you tell me the other ones that have disappeared, than I can see what may have caused this!
Can you confirm that you saw this post on the map at some point?
And last, did you make any edits to this post?
One possible issue might be the "" in the d3scr tag, removing those will most likely fix it al ready!

This COLONIA de SAINT JORDI is the only one missing at this moment. At one time the other mark at FORMALUTX was missing too, but then it somehow appeared back again.
The one at COLONIA de SAINT JORDI was visible for 2-3 day, then it disappeared, and I have not done any editing on that post since then ( since visible)

That's very strange behavior, if you're on a windows machine, in your browser use CTRL + F5 when you're at www.steemitworldmap.com (this flushes the cache for that page and might fix it too)!
