Ingredients
1 tuna fish
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
1 orange juice
1 tsp sugar
to taste cooking oil
to taste Water
Blend:
7 pieces of red onion
1 tomato
10 pieces of red chili
2 tsp salt
10 pieces of red chili
Step
Clean the fish, remove the gills & kotorn in the belly of the fish, wash it clean.
Cut the fish according to taste, soak with vinegar & lime juice, wash it back to clean.
Sprinkle fish with pepper & salt, let stand for + - 10 minutes.
Heat cooking oil, fish input, fry until golden yellow, remove & drain.
Heat a little cooking oil, saute the finer spices to smell the fragrant, add sugar, stir well.
Sauté again until seasoning is cooked, give a little water, stir.
Put tongkol fish that sdh dgoreng earlier, mix well & taste correction.
Cook until the water shrinks & the spices soak, turn off the heat & serve.
NOTED:
~ If it does not like spicy, cayenne pepper dpt
~ The amount of salt & red chilli customize the appetite
~ The tuna fish can be replaced with other fish
