*Hi Steemian friends: For some reason this did not properly upload yesterday, so giving it another go:

These aptly named crabs, Callinectes sapidus, means "savory beautiful swimmer" in Latin. Sought for their sweet and tender meat, these sapphire-clawed crustaceans are among the most heavily harvested creatures on earth. And they sure are savory!
