This was an art exhibit at one stage by the Rockefeller Center called Van Gogh's ear
To me it looks like s blue swimming pool on its side but I guess to others it's art:)

LOL that thing is really called the ear? Did they just do that so they could say it was art... That is definitely a pool on its side, I can see the diving board that ladder and even the jets/filters.

Yes and was done supposedly by a famous artisic duo and they probably got paid well for is, even weirder when it was taken down from the Rock it was shipped to and went on display in china
if I remember rightly one of their other famous works was a fake prada shop in the texas desert
